Ascend Dev Workstation is a one-time purchase. You pay once, we email you a license key, and the workstation is yours to run — no subscription, no account, no monthly bill. Every purchase is covered by a 14-day full refund: if it isn't for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we refund you in full.

Every tier is the whole workstation
There is no feature gating. All three tiers buy the same complete product, on the same license terms. The only difference is when you bought it: the price steps up as each cohort fills, and it never comes back down.
What you get: an issue tracker, a JSON tool, notes, a project estimator, a documentation tool, a secrets manager, an SVG editor, a SQL query builder, a website auditor, and a QR code utility — plus the optional co-pilot, which works with API keys you supply from your own AI provider. The workstation runs locally in your browser.

Software License
Ascend Dev Workstation is sold as a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles customer service inquiries and returns related to payment.
After purchase, a license key is delivered to the email address used at checkout. The license grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the software. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or reverse engineer the software, or share your license key.
Dev Workstation uses your own API keys for third-party AI providers. Usage charges from those providers are billed by them directly to you and are not part of the ASCEND purchase price.
The software is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASCEND is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
Refund Policy
Ascend Dev Workstation comes with a 14-day full refund. If you are not satisfied for any reason, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and you will receive a full refund — no questions asked.
To request a refund, contact us through the contact page with your order email, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds are processed through Paddle to your original payment method. When a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated.
Requests made after 14 days from purchase are not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.
Privacy
When you purchase Ascend Dev Workstation, payment is processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your billing details (name, email, payment information, and country) under its own privacy policy. ASCEND does not receive or store your full payment card details.
We receive your name, email address, order details, and license key information so we can deliver your license, provide support, and process refund requests.
Dev Workstation runs on your own machine. API keys you enter for third-party AI providers are stored locally on your device and are sent only to the providers you choose. ASCEND does not collect your API keys, your code, or your project files.
